Rusty’s Nut Butters is proud to be partnering with Molly Cutler, Certified Health Coach and Holistic Nutritionist, to break down nutrition basics:

Across a series of 3 events, Molly will fill you in on the nutrition “need to knows” that will help you eat for health AND joy without constraining you to one diet or specific way of eating. If you’ve been craving the knowledge and tools to fuel your body in a way that aligns with the life you envision, this workshop series is for you.


The workshops will take place on our magical roof on the top of Shuk Hapishpeshim and each one will include a lecture, open questions and discussion, and a demo.

Each participant will receive a goodie bag full products that will get you moving towards your lifelong health journey.

WORKSHOP 1

In this workshop, we will cover the basics of fueling your body for health and vitality. From learning the key foods to add into your diet on a regular basis to understanding how blood sugar works and why it’s central to a healthy lifestyle, Molly will guide you away from the diet mindset and into a more intuitive way of eating.

What will we learn?

  • What our body needs to function optimally- learning about  fat, protein, fiber, phytonutrients
  • What is blood sugar and why we should care for it
  • Why we should stop counting calories
  • Learning to live according to hunger cues
  • How to create your own way of eating that defies labeling

At the end we will do a smoothie making demo


WORKSHOP 2

In this event, we will dive into some of the misconceptions surrounding food and workouts. What are these misconceptions and how can we move on from them? Learn how to fuel your body and restore glycogen without overdoing it.

What will we learn?

  • How to fuel your body before and after a workout
  • Why working out is not an excuse to eat whatever you want after
  • Deep dive into fats, blood sugar, carbs and more

At the end we will have an energy ball making demo


WORKSHOP 3

In this event, we will discuss the pressure surrounding food during holiday time and generally around friends and family. Learn how to stick to your way of eating without feeling like you’re missing out and without disappointing others. We will cover cravings and how to confront them head on. And you will leave this workshop with a bag full of goodies to get you moving on your lifelong health journey.

What will we learn?

  • How to deal with peer pressure, social pressure, family pressure, around the holidays and how can we learn to not give in
  • Dealing with different cravings- Maybe our body is telling us something?
  • Getting back on track if we threw ourselves off  
  • What are better choices u can make without feeling deprived

At the end we will talk about kitchen hacks and learn how to look at labels of food all around us
